Chiara Pezzetta is a Swiss architect who graduated from EPFL with a Master’s in Architecture in 2023. Her practice sits between art and architecture.
She built her experience across offices in Lausanne, Geneva, Lisbon, and New York. Among these experiences, she worked for the artist Sarah Oppenheimer, developing mobile, light-based sculptures in dialogue with architecture, up to building a kinesthetic network during a residency at the Atelier Calder. Through these experiences, Pezzetta has shaped a practice guided by experimental research into the unpredictable behavior of matter in dialogue with the body’s movement.
Since 2024, she has been a founding member of Collectif tools, an association of architects and designers offering a space for each member to develop their creativity, with whom she notably won the Preppers. Eco-survival Design competition, held in response to the mudac exhibition We Will Survive, proposing an emergency whistle-lollipop.
