Prior to establishing her practice, Ana Luisa collaborated with international offices, such as Harry Gugger Studio in Basel and Toyo Ito & Associates in Tokyo. In 2015/2016 she was a guest professor at Bratislava’s Faculty of Architecture, and in 2018 she was a visiting professor at TU Munich and Munster FA.
Since 2014, as part of FALA, she has been lecturing and teaching all around the world, in diverse geographies such as London, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Venice, New York, Chicago and Sidney, among many others. FALA’s work has also been exhibited several venues and institutions, like in the Portuguese Pavilion of the Venice Biennale, the Chicago Biennale of Architecture and in a solo exhibition at Casa da Cerca in Lisbon. It has been published extensively, and is the subject of the #80 issue of 2G international architecture magazine.
